here we go!

Pittsburgh's going to Super Bowl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big Ben and Polamolu did us proud...

January 11th is my sister's b-day, so the boys were thrilled to celebrate at her house (and get to watch the Steelers game on the big screen). In classic aunt amy mode, she gifted (on her b-day) every member of our family with terrible towels! Maddie has got the twirl down...she watches every moment of the game (stopping to play little people with Isaac along the way) and then stands up and twirls a towel in each arm at all the right moments.

Our kids favorite teams are the Boise Broncos (where Tom grew up), the Pittsburgh Steelers (where I grew up), and the Green Bay Packers (where they are growing up), although we really miss Farve.

Very funny... I thought of Cole last night when Shawn was watching that game. I saw Cole in the sanctuary yesterday with his Steelers jersey! I bet he is so excited!!!!

Hi Jenny--

It's January...maybe things have slowed down enough that we can plan a get-together now! (Or shall we wait till after the Super Bowl? :) I tried to email you but it bounced back. Maybe if you email me?

I see you've been reading Beyond Smells and Bells--I'll be so interested to hear what you thought!

I loved catching up on your blog, I just haven't had time to read the blogs as much as I used to. We put our house on the market in preparation for moving to Durango, Co and keeping it clean at all times is really time consuming. I mop every other day and vacum every other day dust clean bathrooms and pick up toys constantly. Lets not even talk about laundry, yuck. I just ran the phoenix half marathon this past weekend and was pretty pleased with the results. So all of that is keeping me insane. Hope this house sells soon I don't know if I can keep up this pace!
