Poor Packers! My boys wanted them to win too! I will have to tell Cam and Cade about this picture--they will be thrilled that Cole and Josiah are football fans. Now I think we are going for NY because we think that Eli Manning should win a superbowl just like his older brother Peyton. And we are not Tom Brady fans!
Jenny, Greetings from Hobe Sound, and a great big Happy Birthday to Tom! Tom spoke in chapel this morning. What a treat to not only see and hear him, but also to feel a kindred spirit with him. I felt his passion to know God better--how refreshing. His message challenged my heart. I, too, am happily married with 4 children as well. Tom told me your blogspot address; I really enjoyed seeing your family's pictures. Our blogspot is floridabozonebunch.blogspot.com Isn't God good! Have a great day.
Cara: The boys will look forward to future lessons from your boys at our next great gathering.
Kayla: This is definitely a funny picture but not an accurate stereotype. They are both very intense, but often in different areas.
Kimber: Didn't know that...you enrich my life continually! :-)
To the Bozones: Thanks for stopping by! Yes, Tom is "suffering for the Lord" in FL while we are dealing with subzero temps. Can't complain though, I've always loved the seasons, winter included! In all honesty, it is really hard for all of us to be separated on his b-day.
I would have loved to have been in chapel today to hear him. I always feel it's a privilege to listen to God speak through him...and Hobe Sound is indeed a very special place for us!
We had some friends go to that game. He wore all his ski gear and still was cold. Burr. We watched it from the comfort of our living room. What a great game--we really wanted to see the Packers win (since the Bears were not in)! Maybe Favre will play again next year--ya never know!

"There's over 2,500 verses in the Bible that deal with the issue of helping the poor, the sick, the hungry. God set it up that we are to address this issue and that he works through us. His Plan B? Well, I don't know what Plan B is. Plan A is the way he set it up." Tony Hall --former U.S. ambassador for humanitarian issues, on the global food crisis

I walked out on the hill just now. It is exalting, delicious, to stand embraced by the shadows of a friendly tree with the wind tugging at your coattail and the heavens hailing your heart, to gaze and glory and give oneself again to God—what more could a man [woman] ask? Oh, the fullness, pleasure, sheer excitement of knowing God on earth! I care not if I never raise my voice again for Him, if only I may love Him, please Him. . . . If only I may see Him, touch His garments, and smile into His eyes.

Cole looks so intense. Is he the true football fan while little brother follows in his footsteps?
Really cute! We're for Eli, too..(he's from La, you know!)
Go Giants!! (Since Colts didn't make it)

Vonnie: I *think* we're with you...I have trouble "switching" teams and then feeling very into it.
